Hi, I’m Vishal, a full-time IT Engineer with a passion for fitness! With a background in engineering and science, I bring a unique, analytical approach to health and fitness that sets me apart as a personal trainer.

My journey in fitness began over 5 years ago, and it quickly became more than just a hobby—it became a lifestyle. Along the way, I earned a Fitness Certificate IV and a First Aid Certificate, ensuring that I not only understand the science of fitness but also prioritise safety in every session.

So, what makes me the perfect fit for your health goals? My engineering mindset. I approach fitness like solving a complex problem: I analyse, strategise, and optimise every aspect of your training. Whether it’s designing a personalised workout plan or fine-tuning your nutrition, I apply the same precision and attention to detail that I do in my IT career.
