My journey in fitness began over 5 years ago, and it quickly became more than just a hobby—it became a lifestyle. Along the way, I earned a Fitness Certificate IV and a First Aid Certificate, ensuring that I not only understand the science of fitness but also prioritise safety in every session.
So, what makes me the perfect fit for your health goals? My engineering mindset. I approach fitness like solving a complex problem: I analyse, strategise, and optimise every aspect of your training.
